Higher Education Bundle 1 — Ireland’s First Multi-Site HE PPP

Scott Tallon Walker Architects was delighted to support the delivery of Ireland’s first multi-site Higher Education PPP project, Higher Education Bundle 1 (HEB1), as main contractor Design Team Lead.

The project involved the design and delivery of new academic buildings at three separate third-level campuses simultaneously — a complex and ambitious undertaking that required close coordination between multiple design teams, contractors and client bodies.

The project has been shortlisted for an ICE Ireland Award 2026 in the category of Infrastructure Projects Over €50m. We are proud of what was achieved and grateful to all our partners and colleagues who contributed to this landmark project.
